Esta has spent over two decades in real estate — as an agent, a broker, and a brokerage owner in Ohio before bringing that experience to Florida's Gulf Coast. Andy spent 18 years teaching before moving into house flipping and short-term rental investment. He's owned and self-managed three STR properties, including the Venice house we eventually loved enough to move our whole family into. What makes Esta's background different from other agents?
Esta holds an active Florida broker's license with over 20 years of real estate experience, including five years owning her own brokerage in Ohio. A broker's license requires additional education, experience, and a separate state exam beyond the standard agent license.
Do you work with buyers relocating from out of state?
Yes - a significant number of our buyers are relocating from out of state. We're experienced with remote searches, virtual walkthroughs, and helping people make confident decisions from a distance. We made that same move ourselves.
Can you help with investment properties and short-term rentals?
Andy has owned and self-managed three short-term rental properties over nearly a decade - including two managed entirely from over 1,000
miles away. We can give you a realistic picture of what Gulf Coast rental ownership actually involves day to day, not just what looks good on a listing sheet.

Venice is a small Gulf Coast city with its own downtown, beaches, waterways, and a genuinely walkable feel that's harder to find further north on the coast. It has a strong local character without the congestion of larger markets. We drove down Harbor Drive for the first time while searching for an investment property and ended up moving our whole family here - that probably tells you something.
